2017-18 Wellness Screening (Personal Health Assessment)

For the new plan year beginning October 1, 2017, the Personal Health Assessment (PHA) is no longer required to continue receiving Wellness Program benefits. For more information click here

IRS Extends 1095-C and 1095-B Filing

On Friday, November 18, 2016, the IRS provided employers an automatic extension to March 2, 2017, to furnish the Form 1095-C and 1095-B statements to individuals.  In addition, the IRS extended the "good faith" language for the 2016 reporting period.

Changes Affecting Annual Enrollment

At the board meeting held the evening of July 25th, there were decisions made that will have a positive impact on health insurance plan designs and rates.  New Workshop dates and an informative video have been posted on the Annual Enrollment page. Remember annual enrollment takes place from Au​gust 3rd through August 17th at 5:00 p.m.

Annual Enrollment dates, plan designs, formularies, physician and rate information have been posted for the October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 plan year

FRS Pension Plan Member Annual Statements

Beginning January 2016, FRS will be notifying plan members via e-mail in the month of their birth year that their annual statements are available to view.
