​​​​​Obsolete Furniture and Equipment for Free

The District has Obsolete Furniture and Equipment (OFE) available at the Deland surplus warehouse. All Furniture and Equipment listed are available to Schools and Administration Offices for Free

This will be on a strict first come, first serve basis.

Any OFE items are typically in "Very Good", "Good" or "Acceptable" condition:

  • Very Good: An item that is used but still in very good condition. No damage, no scuffs, scratches cracks, or holes.
  • Good: An item is used but in good condition. May have minor damage including scuffs, chips or cracks.
  • Acceptable: An item with obvious and significant wear, but is still operational & functional.

If interested in any of the OFE items, please follow these steps:

  1. Check out the gallery of Furniture & Equipment available (Link here​).
  2. If interested in any of the items, please completely fill out and complete the OFE Request Form (Link here​).
  3. Submit the OFE Request Form.
  4. The District Warehouse will receive the Request and fulfill the order based on the delivery information listed on the Request Form.
  5. Delivery will typically take 1-2 weeks from when the Request is submitted.

Note: If you have any OFE items at your location that you would like to send to surplus. You may complete an Equipment Pickup and Transfer Request form (Link here).
