The School Advisory Council (SAC) meets each month with the Principal and SAC Chair. All parents and community members are invited to attend our meetings in the media center. DeLand Middle School would like parent input for this year's School Improvement Plan. Parents can stop by the office from September 17 - 20, to view the draft copy of the 2019 - 2020 SIP and provide input. The SIP and parent input forms will be in a folder in the front office.

August 26th starts our partnership with AdventHealth eCare at our school. eCare allows sick students to have a face to face visit with a doctor using an iPad in the nurse's office! Please call the school if you have any questions.
Before the Bell will offer supervision, STEAM activities, homework time, games, sports and more for middle school students at participating schools from 6:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. on school days for the 2019 - 2020 school year. Contact the school for additional information.
